UK Wedding Stationer of the Year
When I first picked up a pen 10 years ago, I could never have imagined where that simple beginning might lead.
What started as a love of calligraphy and beautiful stationery has grown into a business that I am incredibly proud of, and a career that continues to surprise and excite me. Over the years, I have been so fortunate to work with some truly wonderful couples, as well as some amazing brands, including Disney and Virgin Voyages, alongside the countless beautiful weddings I have had the honour of being part of.
Last year, Inviting Writing was named Wedding Stationer of the Year for the East Midlands at The Wedding Industry Awards, which was an unforgettable moment and a huge milestone for my business. To now, a year later, be recognised on a national level feels incredibly special.
While I was working in London recently for a brand new company, I received the wonderful news that I had been awarded Highly Commended at The Wedding Industry Awards for UK Wedding Stationer of the Year. I am still feeling completely overwhelmed and so deeply grateful for the recognition from such a respected organisation within the industry.
This award means so much because it is based on feedback from real couples and clients. It reflects the care, time and attention to detail that goes into every piece of stationery, every sign, every envelope and every engraved gift that leaves my studio.
I am endlessly thankful to my wonderful clients for trusting me with such an important part of their wedding day. Your kind words, your recommendations and your continued support are the reason Inviting Writing has grown in the way it has. To the new faces who have recently found me, thank you for choosing to work with me and for putting your faith in my work.
I am also incredibly grateful to my colleagues within the wedding industry. Being surrounded by such talented, supportive and generous people makes this job even more special, and your encouragement means more than I can say.
And finally, to my friends and family who have been there from the very beginning, cheering me on through every step of this journey, I could not do this without you. Your belief in me has carried me through more than you know.
